Demolition of the existing concrete helipad structure on the top of the 8-storey Northeast Parkade at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and construction of a new, concrete-and-steel helipad structure. The scope of the project included extensive architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural upgrades to the existing structure, and tie-in of services to existing hospital infrastructure.
