Decanting, hazardous materials abatement, and demolition of an existing 10,000 square foot decommissioned retail facility and the construction of a new, 11,000 facility on the same site. The new facility includes retail space to accommodate a general store, as well as development for a post office, laundromat, office facilities, and community use space.
