Noel joined Krawford’s team in early 2017, after 7 years in the construction industry as a Project Engineer and Manager with another general contractor, working in the mainly in the industrial sector. Noel graduated from the Civil Engineering program at the University of Alberta, and is a Professional Engineer registered with APEGA. Noel’s experience ranges from $5,000,000 concrete civil projects to $350,000,000 Design-Build contracts.

Dan received his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2007 and immediately started working in commercial construction. He has been a project manager for over 7 years and worked on numerous projects ranging from $5,000 to $330M projects in a large team setting. Dan has experience with stipulated sum and construction management projects, including both new construction and renovations. He has strong communication skills, and his engineering background compliments his drive for problem solving.

In construction for over 30 years Laird has seen and run a vast range of projects both on the ground and from a management perspective. These projects range from high rise projects in Toronto, shopping malls, major demolition and reconstruction projects, single family housing in China, military installations in Canada’s north, projects in Siberia, Vancouver and across Alberta and British Columbia including the Alex Frazer cable staid bridge, the largest of its kind in the world at the time. Laird is skilled at spanning a project from the big picture and client perspective to the detail required to get a project completed properly. His education spans a diploma from NAIT to a degree in Urban Land Economics from The Suander’s Business school to an MBA, Sloan Fellows, from MIT.

Tracy has been an employee of Krawford Construction for 10 years. In addition to her role as administrative assistant, Tracy plays a key role in the preparation of proposals, and provides support to the accounting department.

Dan completed his CET at NAIT in April 2009. He joined the Krawford team in 2010 and has proven he is a skilled manager and problem solver who works efficiently in a variety of project delivery environments, including new construction, modernizations, and renovations.

Terry has worked in the construction industry since 1978 in the capacity of an estimator and project manager. He has performed a wide variety of work using many different contractual arrangements and for various user groups. The size of projects has ranged from $1,000 to $30,000,000.

He has been employed by Krawford since 1986 and became a Vice President and shareholder in 1992. As President, he is responsible for ensuring all projects are completed to the entire satisfaction of the client.

Brad has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been responsible for the construction of many projects. Brad has experience in the coordination of projects in a fully operational facility. He is known as an excellent communicator and motivator of people and for his ability to coordinate a site to ensure the construction runs smoothly and efficiently.

Jordan completed the engineering co-op program from the University of Alberta with two years of work experience in the field and onsite construction projects. Since graduation he has worked for six years between Krawford Construction and a previous general contractor. He has been working in the construction industry since 2007 and his ambitiousness coupled with his exceptional communication skills and engineering background makes him a valuable asset to any project. Jordan’s project experience ranges from small commercial improvements, to medium sized design-build projects, to large mega-projects.
