A very unique construction management project that consisted of the vertical expansion and upgrade of an existing 5-storey building.  Two storeys were added to the existing facility while it remained fully occupied, after which successive existing floors were decanted so that all existing spaces could be fully renovated. The project scope also included full replacement of the building envelope and curtainwall system, and Krawford Construction developed and executed a unique work plan that allowed for this work to be completed while allowing for the facility to remain occupied.

The end results were a happy client, minimal disruption, and a completely new and enlarged building on a existing site.
