Construction Management
At the start of the project, KCI will work with the client's design team and provide its expertise regarding cost control, materials selection, value engineering, quality control, and construction methodology. This project team concept allows strict budget and cost control while ensuring the client's needs are met. This flexible contractual agreement is especially advantageous in fast track or complex projects.
Design/Build
KCI can retain or recommend professional design consultants, who in conjunction with the Krawford Team, will analyze the client's requirements. The design team would then prepare plans and specifications for approval, and costing for the project would be provided. After receiving approval, the construction would proceed.
