Krawford Construction is able to offer any of its services through several methods. We have the flexibility to develop a format that best suits the client's requirements.
The following contract methods may be utilized on any project:
Competitive Lump Sum Tender
Krawford is able to obtain quotations from qualified subcontractors in any scope of work and provide a firm and competitive price for the entire project as described in the tender documents.
Construction Management
At the start of the project, Krawford will work with the client's design team and provide its expertise regarding cost control, materials selection, value engineering, quality control and construction methodology. This project team concept allows strict budget and cost control while ensuring the client's needs are met. This flexible contractual arrangement is especially advantageous in fast track or complex projects.
Project Management
Krawford is able to act on behalf of the client and manage the entire project from conception through to completion. The owner can be kept involved or informed of the progress of the project.
Design/Build
Krawford can retain or recommend professional design consultants, who in conjunction withthe Krawford Team, will analyze the client's requirements. The design team would then prepare plans and specifications for approval, and costing for the project would be provided. After receiving approval, the construction would proceed.
Unit Cost
Krawford has the ability to provide unit cost pricing for projects where the final units are not defined.
Cost Plus
Krawford is able to provide the work on an actual cost basis plus the agreed upon fixed fee or percentage charge.
